August 2026

• Unlimited plan. €50 a month, no per-request charges, from up to two IP addresses per 24 hours per account. X-Quota-Limit reports -1 on this plan.
• JavaScript drop-ins. Loaders for the Google Maps JavaScript API, Bing Maps V8 and HERE Maps for JavaScript, and documented settings for MapLibre, Mapbox GL, Leaflet geocoder plugins and MapQuest.js. Map tiles at tiles.mygeocode.com. See JavaScript drop-ins.
• New compatibility hosts: Geocodio, PositionStack, ipstack and Open-Elevation. Seventeen in total.
• Coverage page with the best precision level per country and territory, and a precision field on every geocoding result. Existing clients see a new field and nothing else changes.
• Data: address release 2026.08 adds house-level data for Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia and Slovakia. IP data refreshed weekly as usual. IANA tzdata 2026b applied.

June 2026

• Postal code lookup endpoint, /v1/postcode, covering 160 countries.
• Compatibility hosts for Nominatim, OpenCage, LocationIQ, Geoapify, TomTom, MapQuest, ip-api and ipinfo.
• Batch elevation raised from 50 to 100 points per call.
• Data: elevation model updated to a void-filled 30 metre dataset between 60°S and 60°N.

• Address autocomplete endpoint, /v1/autocomplete, with place_id that can be passed to /v1/forward.
• Structured forward geocoding: street, city, state, postcode and country parameters as an alternative to q.
• Compatibility hosts for Google Maps Platform, Bing Maps REST Services, HERE, Mapbox and Geocode.Farm.
• Credit balance alerts by email at 20% and at zero, and the no_credits error code.

February 2026

• IPv6 lookup endpoint with the announced prefix field, and per-/40 counting for anonymous IPv6 traffic.
• Timezone lookup gains the timestamp parameter for historical and future offsets.
• is_datacenter and is_proxy flags on IP lookups.

January 2026

• Public launch of /v1/ with forward geocoding, reverse geocoding, IPv4 lookup, timezone lookup and elevation lookup. Free tier of 2,500 requests a day per IP with no key. API keys with the two IP rule, IP whitelisting, prepaid credits at $0.001 per request paid by card or crypto. Signup with an email address only.
